Application guidelines

  • Each application will be reviewed by the event coordinators and successful applicants will be contacted to finalize the application.
  • Stall is allocated only when the full payment is made including the stall hire and the refundable security deposit of AUD 500.
  • All participating vendors must attend a vendor induction held in order to sell your goods/services on the festival day
  • Successful applicants should make the payment withing 14 days referencing the invoice number provided.

Please note: Number of premium stalls available in each category is strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis where payment in full is made
