Premium stall benefits

  • Option to choose the location of your stall. Event organizers will provide an event map and give their input on how to strategically place your stall to maximize opportunities

  • Priority over other vendors to choose the preferred product/service for your stall

  • Your business logo advertised in Lankan Fest website for 6 weeks leading up to the event

  • Your business logo advertised in printed material

Your business announced (a minimum of 3 repeats) as a must visit stall at the event

Apply for a stall

Stall applications for 2017 is now closed. We are hoping to open the 2018 applications in August this year. Please watch this space for more info.

Application guidelines

  • Each application will be reviewed by the event coordinators and successful applicants will be contacted to finalize the application.
  • Stall is allocated only when the full payment is made including the stall hire and the refundable security deposit of AUD 500.
  • All participating vendors must attend a vendor induction held in order to sell your goods/services on the festival day
  • Successful applicants should make the payment withing 14 days referencing the invoice number provided.

Please note: Number of premium stalls available in each category is strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis where payment in full is made.
